Claiming a voucher (and actually using it)
Claim, wallet, QR, scan — the whole voucher lifecycle in four steps, plus what the expiry tabs mean.
A voucher is an offer a business puts up — a percentage or a fixed amount off — with a limited quantity and an expiry date. Claiming one takes a tap and parks it in your account’s voucher wallet with its own unique code.
At the venue
Open your wallet, show the QR code, and the business scans it. That’s the whole ceremony. The voucher flips to used the moment it’s scanned, so there’s never a question of whether it counted.
Reading your wallet
The wallet has three tabs: active vouchers you can still use, used ones for your records, and expired ones that got away. Terms are written by the business and shown before you claim — read them, because they’re the deal you’re agreeing to.
Your claimed vouchers live in your account.
