Replying to reviews without losing sleep
You can’t delete a review on JustFindMe — no business can. What you can do is answer well, and that turns out to matter more.
First, the rules of the room: JustFindMe shows every review, whatever the rating. Businesses can respond publicly and can dispute a review they believe breaks the rules, but nobody — not the business, not us on a whim — quietly deletes criticism. Every removal goes through a published moderation policy and is logged.
Why that’s good for you
Counter-intuitively, a page of uniform five-star praise convinces nobody. A visible, level-headed reply to a bad review is the most persuasive thing on your listing — it shows the next customer how you handle things when they go wrong, which is what they actually want to know.
The shape of a good reply
Thank them, name the specific issue, say what changed, and stop. Two or three sentences. Never argue the customer’s taste, and never reply angry — draft it, sleep on it, post it tomorrow. You’re not writing to the reviewer; you’re writing to everyone who reads it after them.
Claimed businesses can reply to every review from their dashboard.
